Terms and Conditions – Mahek Translation Service

1. DEFINITIONS

“WE” / “OUR” – Mahek Translation Service.

“YOU” / “YOUR” – The Customer named on OUR Invoice.

“DOCUMENTS” – The Translated and / or Typeset documents supplied to YOU.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

WE will send YOU an Invoice Statement detailing all the DOCUMENTS supplied to YOU.

YOU must pay the Total Outstanding shown on the Invoice Statement within 28 days from the Statement Date shown on that Invoice Statement.

3. CONDITIONS OF USE

All the DOCUMENTS are produced by qualified and experienced Translators and Typesetters to the highest standards. They are checked for accuracy before despatch to YOU.

However, the DOCUMENTS may contain errors or omissions. Therefore, YOU must check that the DOCUMENTS are correct and in accordance with YOUR requirements before use.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall WE or any of OUR suppliers be liable to YOU or YOUR clients for any consequential, incidental, special, direct or indirect loss or damages of any kind arising out of:

any errors or omissions contained within the DOCUMENTS; or
the late or non-delivery of the DOCUMENTS to YOU;

even if WE have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Under no circumstances shall OUR liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort or any other theory of liability exceed the payment made by YOU for the DOCUMENTS.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using the DOCUMENTS, YOU agree to be bound by the above Terms and Conditions.
